SOTEC

Building the future from the ground up.

How we run a site

The same seven steps on a 2 km street or a seaport.

  1. 1

    Survey and feasibility

Topographic survey, soil testing and cost estimates to size the risk before we price it.

  2. 2

    Design review

We check drawings and specifications with the client and consultant and resolve issues on paper, not on site.

  3. 3

    Planning and mobilisation

Programme, resources and material supply are locked in before the first machine arrives.

  4. 4

    HSE and risk control

Site-specific hazard assessments, safety procedures and regular audits.

  5. 5

    Construction

Works to international standards under an ESHS plan and a quality-control plan.

  6. 6

    Reporting

Regular progress reports and meetings with clients, consultants and funders.

  7. 7

    Handover

Joint inspections, snag close-out and as-built documentation.
