Private developers need infrastructure before they can sell homes. For Emaad Construction & Real Estate, TTN built a 1.55 km asphalt road linking Garowe's main road to the company's new residential development.
The road was built to the same standard as the municipal streets: earthworks, sub-base and aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, a 21 × 11 m reinforced-concrete Irish crossing over a low-lying section, kerbs, interlocking-block sidewalks, signs and markings. It was completed in November 2024 for USD 545,330.
This project was delivered by TTN Construction, SOTEC's partner. It is shown to illustrate the joint capability available to clients.
