A port is only as useful as the roads that reach it. For Wadaagsan LLC, TTN rehabilitated 16 km of the unpaved Garacad–Galkacyo–Goldogob road, the route that carries goods inland from Garacad.
The roadbed was graded, levelled and compacted at a width of 10 m, then built up with a compacted sub-base and a crushed aggregate base course to carry heavy trucks in all seasons. Ingerop supervised the works, completed in 2023 for USD 640,000.
